When [[Starkey]] and [[Darius Pike]] were imprisoned in Dauntless Prison to track the [[Jixen]]. Thorne personally thrown them in a cell with [[Mr. Wiffy]]. When Inspector [[June Turner]] head of the Alien Activities section visited the prison, Thorne was persistant at stating his authority. When the Jixen ran riot through the prison Thorne locked himself and June in his office. However when she found out K-9 was in the prison she demanded that Thorne release the locks, she took the locking device and unlocked the door herself. Thorne was a worker for The Department. He is Governor of Dauntless Prison. He replaces a disgraced Inspector Drake as The Departments head of Public Order in the middle of the series. Thorne has his own reasons for joining the Department and he may have alien intentions of his own.

Biography

When Starkey and Darius Pike were imprisoned in Dauntless Prison to track the Jixen. Thorne personally thrown them in a cell with Mr. Wiffy.
