Tiska was one of the specimins the Scientist Dalek had collected as part of his experiments. She and Groth were reminants of a Dalek occupation and the last two survivors of their race. She wanted to find an escape craft. She experimented on Daleks as part of a Eugenics programme. She escaped the ship with the Eighth Doctor in his TARDIS. (AUDIO: Mutually Assured Destruction)
