Drive was the forty-seventh story in the Torchwood - Monthly Range by Big Finish Productions. It was written by David Llewellyn and featured Naoko Mori as Toshiko Sato.

Publisher's summary

They know everything about Cardiff – they hear the city's secrets, they move between its hidden places, they understand its nightmares. And they're the people you turn to if you're in trouble. They are taxi drivers.

Toshiko Sato, wounded and desperate, wakes up in the back of a cab. She's got one night to save the city, and the meter's running.

Plot

Fawzia takes Tosh to St Helen's Hospital after she passes out in her taxi and, after taking another customer into Cardiff, she gets a call from her as she left her bag. When Tosh finds the item that she is looking for is missing, she gets Fawzia to drive her to Cardiff Bay where she uses a device at the Hub to revitalise herself and tracks the missing item to Zero's where she takes it from the unconscious customer. She explains to Fawzia that her group learnt that Cash King was going to move something illicit and that, with the rest of the team in Brecon, she staked out Cash King and was attacked before she could follow the buyer. When she came to, she had a parasite under her skin which she could only neutralise at the Hub.
