Harwood's Haulage is a trucking firm operating in Cardiff, Ipswich, Sheffield and Carlisle in the United Kingdom. Gwen Cooper's husband, Rhys Williams became the transport manager of the Cardiff branch since 2008. In the same year, one of the lorries was unknowingly carrying illegal meat from the "Cash Cow". Harwood's became the centre of a Torchwood 3 investigation, when that lorry crashed on a duel carraigeway; Torchwood uncovered the illegal operation and put a stop to it. Harwoods still ran.
