Thomas Kincade and Valerie Brannigan had a litter of children, who the latter gave birth to whilst travelling the New New York motorway. The Tenth Doctor beams at the sights of children and picks one of them in delight. When the Doctor asks Brannigan and Valerie to take him down to the Fast Lane, they refused as they did not want to risk the lives of their children down there.
