Mr Anders was the CEO of Conglom Com and was a very rich man.
He frequently visited Personality Hotels to "downgrade" his personality to that of a bell-boy because he found that the abuse given to him by the guests to be less stressful than being the CEO of a company. When Vienna Salvatori had to perform a full personality reset on the guests of a particular Personality Hotel, the computer decided to not return Anders' complete memories until the entire hotel had been cleaned.
