Agella was a Movellan soldier.

Agella came to Skaro on the Movellan ship with Commander Sharrel. When the Movellans encountered the Fourth Doctor, she accompanied him and the commander back into the Kaled dome to search for Romana II. When ordered to go with the Doctor alone, she was disabled by a falling ceiling. Checking her pulse, the Doctor discovered he was right about the Movellans being a race of android robots.
Agella later freed herself from the rubble and used Romana to lure the Doctor into a trap by placing her inside the protective shielding of the Nova device. Despite being a robot, Agella considered unnecessary killing a waste and unilaterally chose not to arm the device, which would have killed Romana, when using her as bait. The Doctor and the rebelling workers disabled the Movellans, including Agella. In her case, she was disabled after going to check on the status of Lan and being baited with his communicator so that her power device could be stolen. (TV: Destiny of the Daleks)
