This article contains all of the action figures released by Character Options in the 5" scale, in alphabetical order, that appear in the second series of the 2005 revival of Doctor Who.
It should be noted that the figures are not really 5" tall. This is in fact the height of the Dalek (who was produced first) and all other figures are scaled to match it.[1]

- Two versions of the Cyber-Controller from DW: Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel were released.
- It featured most of the same mold as the regular-release Cyberman, but with sparkplugs on the chest and an exposed brain. The first version released also had pale yellow eyes, while the second release's eyes were blue.
- The latter version was also made available with a throne and two Cybermen without gun-arms (solicited as "Cyber Guards").
- He was later retooled to make the Cyber Leader from DW:The Next Doctor.
- He was also later released with a tesco exclusive set that included Cyber Controller, Tenth Doctor with Ghost Triangulation gear & Hoix.
