The Inspector
Inspector (The Vampires of Venice) was the Inspector who halted the Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams soon after their arrival in Venice in 1850. He wanted to check their papers to ensure that they were not at any chance of bringing the plague back to Venice. The Doctor's Psychic Paper fooled him into thinking thre Doctor and Amy were a Viscount and Viscountess with Rory being their Yunok. After seeing this, he let them on their way and carried on his duties to protect Venice from any 'aliens' that could bring back the plague.
