Thutmose was the youngest son of Pharaoh Erimem in an alternate timeline. He was jealous of his elder brother and viewed him as too weak to become Pharaoh. Thutmose attempted to assassinate Mentu but was stopped by his mother and brother. As punishment for his crimes, Erimem sentenced him to castration, followed by life as a slave in the temple of Kebechet.
