Well, actually, these redlinks are for a variety of templates having to do with the presentation of Hebrew, since we have a Hebrew partner wiki. It's not problematic that these exist, and indeed, it's important to template demonstration that they show as redlinks.

Unfortunately, there's no way to create demonstrative redlinks without having them appear in the list of wanted pages.
