Loxx was a Sontaran commander and also the second-in-command to Major Karne. He was involved in the Raghi operation. He willingly volunteered to undertake the suicide mission of piloting the Tzun Stormblade into the Indra system's sun, turning the sun into a giant star and destroying the Rutan attack fleet, and leaving the Sontarans with unrestricted access to the deserted planets and their resources of Terullian.
