Mark Monero (born 12 May 1968[1]) played Pedro in the Doctor Who television stories The Time of Angels (DWMSE 26) and Flesh and Stone.

He has appeared in a regular role on EastEnders as Steve Elliot, as well as guest roles on The Bill and Grange Hill.
