The Master was a reader of the website Who is Doctor Who?.
Biography
In March 2005, following the Dummy Massacre, the Master posted on the conspiracy website Who is Doctor Who? to ask who was running the website now since Clive Finch was killed. (PROSE: Dummy Massacre)
Behind the scenes
It is not clear if this character is meant to be the Master, long time adversary to the Doctor. "The Master" is not that unique of a name, with a prominent example of another Master being Buffy the Vampire Slayer's the Master.
