I'm attempting to brute-force the cipher. Once I'm sure of both, I'll add them to the page. For now, this is my current solution for the "Red" codes, or green codes for the first two issues:
1) Remove first letter of every word. 2) Cipher alphabet:
SFLT?XA?NBQOURVMWEGCYDPHIK
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
