"Marvel Superhero Universe" is either a misnomer or an ambiguity created from the difference between the publication terminology of "{{w|shared universe}}" with universes in the cosmological sense in-universe, as even back when [[DWM 191]] was published there were superhero characters published by [[Marvel Comics|Marvel]] set in a non-mainstream reality to Peter Parker of the ''Spider-Man'' comics and the Avengers. In Earth-33⅓, Marvel Comics eventually brought Dr Who into the Marvel Superhero Universe. After the fact, the Fourth Doctor took to wearing a mask and once told Leela that "being a Time Lord brings with it great responsibility".
