Letters Special was a short story printed in Action 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. If functioned both as a Dateline 2089 story and as a 21 story; letters addressed to Brent Cleever took over the entire page but they referenced or tied-in to specific news stories from previous and current issues of the magazine much like in Dateline.
