Lenora was a criminal who worked with Critchlow.
On one occasion, Lenora and Critchlow entered the derelict starliner the Gilmore and claimed it as their own. Lenora and Critchlow were surprised to find the Eleventh Doctor and Alice Obiefune in the Gilmore; Lenora threatened them with her gun when they first met.
