CITV-DT carries the full Global network schedule, and its programming is similar to sister station CICT-DT in Calgary. It technically was the first ever to transmit the Doctor Who television movie, airing it on 12 May 1996. However, this was not a network broadcast; the premiere thus still rests with Fox.
