Jordan K. Weisman was credited with creating the "cover concept" for The Iytean Menace. This presumably means he came up with the idea of using a cropped version of Gustave Caillebotte's 1877 painting Paris Street; Rainy Day as the front cover art. Caillebotte himself was duly credited for "cover art", with no clear disclaimer that this was actually a preexisting public-domain artpiece being repurposed.
