Loretta's was a business located on a street corner near the Chiswick High Road that was at various points in its history a laundrette, a florist, or a café. In 2009, when Donna Noble returned to London on the first anniversary of her father's death, it was a laundrette. The Tenth Doctor pointed Donna towards Loretta's so she could buy a bouquet of flowers, not remembering which type of business it was at that time, and told Donna to tell Loretta that he had sent her. Upon finding that Loretta's was currently a laundrette, Donna went towards Turnham Green, where she knew there was a florist. The Doctor was later informed of what kind of business Loretta's currently was by Joe Carnes. (PROSE: Beautiful Chaos)
