The series shared some crossovers with the Doctor Who universe within the pages of TV Comic.

The first of these occurred in the game Basil Brush goes Rent Collecting [+]Loading...["Basil Brush goes Rent Collecting (game)"], published in the TV Comic Holiday Special 1969. The game featured the character of Basil Brush (from Basil Brush) going around the board and collecting rent from various characters, including Beetle Bailey, who was placed early on the board, awarding Basil with £5. Much later on the board, "Tardis" appears as an obstacle, sending the player back 8 spaces.

The following year, in the TV Comic Holiday Special 1970, the game TV Terrors Autograph Hunt [+]Loading...["TV Terrors Autograph Hunt (game)"] was released, featuring the TV Terrors hunting for autographs. Partway through the board, they may encounter Beetle Bailey, driving a tank, who may take them forward to tile 37, just one tile before Dr. Who, from whom they can obtain autographs.
