Captain Flack was the human commander of the Trumpton Fire Brigade.
Biography
Outside the Trumpton Fire Station, Flack blew his whistle to start a roll call when a young boy walked through, performing the roll call himself. (TV: Future Generations [+]Loading...["Future Generations (TV story)"])
