After giving birth to Ruby Sunday at approximately 2PM, It is assumed Ruby's mother is the one who abandoned Ruby on the doorstep of a church on Christmas Eve 2004, slipping away into the night, while the Fifteenth Doctor stopped the Goblin King and his goblins from altering time and eating Ruby before she could grow up and creating a timeline where she never became Ruby Sunday.
