Uncle was a entrepreneur and crime lord from New Memphis. He lived and worked in the New Memphis Casino, with his daughter Hope. When the Doctor met the Uncle he was at war with The Widow, and while trying to destroy her was killed by The Invisible Assassin. As he died, he discovered that The Widow was in fact Hope, his daughter. (NSA: Judgement of the Judoon)
