Issue 243 of TV Century 21 reported that World Intelligence Network chief Shane Weston had confirmed that the top secret publication Joe 90 would not be merging with TV21. After being challenged that the '90' project had involved "the son of a British scientist", Shane refused to comment. An image of Joe accompanied this piece on the cover of TV21.
