Francesco was the alias used by one of Rosanna Calvierri's male children, who escaped the silence that fell over Saturnyne through the Time Field. He was also the eldest of the male children. He helped his mother capture girls to be transformed into mates for his brothers. He was killed when Amy Pond reflected light from the sun onto him using a mirror. Just before his death, Rory said to Francesco that he smelled of fish. (DW: The Vampires of Venice)

Due to the Cracks in time being negated, it is most likely that Saturnyne was never lost and the Saturnynians never came to Earth, therefore Francesco is alive and well.
