Pages need to define the subject

In-universe pages should not simply be a description of the subject's incidence within the DWU, there needs to be an effort to define the article's subject utilising in-universe sources.

It's not enough to simply write about each incidence of the article's subject's occerence in the DWU, an article has to do more than this. It has the be an ecyclopaedic article and actually define the subject of the article with sources from the DWU.
