Canterbury James Olliphant was a member of the Anglican Marines stationed on Kastarion 3 in 5087. He tried to swap patrols with Mundy Flynn. After flirting with her, he went to see the tattoo that she gave one of their fellow clergy. He came after Mundy after she went into the field. Misreading the situation, he fatally shot Ruby Sunday. After, once he learnt the situation, he tried to rewrite the ambulance programming to force it to treat Ruby after it refused because she wasn't ordained.
