Ricky September, (born Richard Coombes) was a singer who lived in Finetime.
While he was one of the most popular individuals in the community, with everyone following him, he spent most of his time with his Dot off, disconnected from his Bubble, spending this time reading and learning things, as such he knew how some of the systems of Finetime. As the Dots rebelled against their creators using the man-traps, he met his end after being betrayed by Lindy Pepper-Bean, the Dot piercing through his head.
