A Dot was a piece of technology used by the residents of Finetime. The Fifteenth Doctor described it as a "powerful antigrav psychocombination device". The Dots were small spheres that would float in front of and project Bubbles for the residents, that eventually became self-aware and came to hate those who lived in Finetime.
