The Black Archive underneath the Statue of Liberty was the main Black Archive facility in America for several decades until its attack by Daleks in the Planetary Relocation Incident, after which it was replaced by Black Archive, Washington Monument as the main Archive. It was connected to UNIT HQ, New York City.
