Arnold Jellicoe was an employee of Thinktank who assisted Hilda Winters.
Biography
Arnold Jellicoe was related to Wendy Jennings. (TV: Robot [+]Loading...["Robot (TV story)"]) According to another, he was Thinktank's Public Relations Officer and thus responsible for journalists who visited the organisation.
