Spearhead from Space was the first adventure in The Third Doctor Sourcebook, adapted from the TV story of the same name.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The story follows the events of the TV story, with variance depending on the gamemaster's campaign. Gamemasters are instructed how this story can be told with the Second Doctor, Zoe Heriot, and Jamie McCrimmon, with another Time Lord, without any Time Lord, in different settings, or with Torchwood instead of UNIT.

Further adventures[[edit] | [edit source]]

The plot can be retold with different kinds of plastic products and on other planets. There may be more Auton duplicates of important people on Earth, which the adventurers must stop before they can start World War III. A starving Nestene Consciousness creature crashes on a planet with medieval-level technology; the adventurers must stop it from teaching the locals how to make plastic.
