The Missing Stories was a series published in Doctor Who Magazine in the 1990s written by Richard Bignell and illustrated by Paul Vyse which adapted unproduced television stories into short stories.

In DWM 200, the unpublished Rennigan's Record was released with illustrations from Paul Vyse.
In DWM 228 and DWM 229, Bignell later adapted The Song of the Space Whale with illustrations by Phil Bevan, not under the Missing Stories title.
Bignell would later have a similar series in DWM, Unmade Stories.
