Death Comes to Toytown was an adventure for the Doctor Who Roleplaying Game, included in the sourcebook Gamemaster's Companion.

There’s a little toyshop off the high street where they say the toys come to life at night. The story probably began with some drunk student or crazy old tramp looking into the window of that quaint little shop, and thinking they saw something moving in the shadows. The story is wrong, of course. Toys don’t come to life at night. They’re always alive. During the day, they bide their time, and watch, and wait…
