Behind the Scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- While not named in the episode itself, the accompanying episode of Doctor Who: Unleashed identifies them as "Man-traps", as spelled by the subtitles. The spelling "Mantraps" would go on to be used more prominently, including in one in-universe source. DWM 606, however, stated that they are called Things, and that "Mantraps" was simply the nickname given to them on-set,[1] with "those things" (or "those Things") being used several times during the episode by the Fifteenth Doctor, Ruby Sunday, Ricky September and Lindy Pepper-Bean.
