Originally from East Gallifrey, in the Red Forest Conurbations, Kransa trained to become an agent for Celestial Intervention Agency under Narvin. She moved to the Capitol after her father was involved in a workplace accident at the manufactory.
Narvin saw her as a keen student, able to speak her mind but ultimately following his lead, as his subordinate. She joined him underneath the Capitol as they searched for 5 missing students from the Academy, three of whom weren't Time Lords.
They found the students frozen in time, and soon met the Shade of Portent. Soon enough, Kransa froze in time as well, not having had the Untempered Schism exposure of Time Lords of "higher rank", with chapter affiliations. (AUDIO: Damned If You Do [+]Loading...["Damned If You Do (audio story)"])
