Cyber Ships are Battle-class ships created by the Cybermen [Mondasion and Cybus]. The first time the Doctor truly encounter a Cyber ship was on the Nerva Beacon next whilst looking for the Nemesis and then when they came to Stonehenge with other ships such as Dalek saucers, Sontaran flagships, Judoon rockets, Slitheen vessels and the Atraxi.
