It's rather speculative to say that Davies was saying he was gay. What was actually said was that he was with the group hiking across antarctica, not that he was a member. And given that his parents were both fighting for the rights of many things, rare plants and whales etc it's more likely that he was just there for support rather than actually being gay. The fact is, we are an encyclopaedia, so we document facts. We do it literally, unless things are ''obviously'' a joke. Perhaps the 507 was a joke on Russell's part, but in the actual show, there was absolutely nothing to suggest the Doctor wasn't being serious. What it's meant to be saying and what it does say, are two different things. --[[User:The Thirteenth Doctor|The Thirteenth Doctor]] 15:41, October 27, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for your recent edits! I'm Jimbo, your robot wiki representative! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is actually a great time to have joined, because we're now fully independent, and working on a host of new features!

We've got a couple of important quirks for a fan written wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.

British English, please

We generally use British English 'round these parts, so if you use another form of English, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.

Spoilers aren't cool

We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.

Other useful stuff

Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

If you're brand new to wiki editing — and we all were, once! —  you probably want to check out these tutorials at Wikipedia, the world's largest wiki:

Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes like this:

Thanks for becoming a member of the TARDIS crew! If you have any questions, see the Help pages, add a question to one of the Forums or ask an admin.

Susan's page.

Why would you reedit the page? I realize that it is not flat out stated that she is in fact the Doctor's Granddaughter, but it is obvious.

Donna's translated name

What language is this translated name in? Please add it to the page so that it can be checked. The Thirteenth Doctor 10:40, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

Tony Blair

Although it was said in commentaries, these are not on-screen evidences. Any information that comes from those is best put in a behind the scenes section. As for Michael Year, I am another that is for his removal from the page. As for "historical" things, it is the Whoniverse, not our universe. Some things are the same, some are different. And although Mickey mentioned Blair, it is perfectly conceivable that he was elected after the events of "Aliens of London". The Thirteenth Doctor 19:26, July 2, 2010 (UTC)
