This is where the Master was brought back to life using a sample of Lucy's DNA. This was all thanks to the books of Saxon which the master had prepared. Lucy's family had created the opposite to the potions needed to resurrect the Master. She flung the anti-potion into The Master and this blew up the prison and supposedly Lucy along with it.
