LOMAXX is the mysterious boss of the totalitarian Government, The Department that dominates London in the mid-21st Century. He is never seen only his silhoutte is ever seen behind a glass wall, his voice is distorted and his true form will probably be revealed at the climax of the first series or his mystery will be continued on through the second series and beyond. Ultimately being revealed at the climax of the series itself. He is possibly a robot or an old enemy of K9 Mark 2 similiar to The Doctor's old enemies being the main villains of certain series.

Profile

As Drake and June Turner argued whose Jurisdiction K9 Mark 2 was under, Drake asked LOMAXX. He replied by saying he would consider the matter, and ordered them in the meantime to do their work. He then decided K9 is under the control of the Department, specificly June's alien activity section.(K9TV: The Bounty Hunter)

Later, Drake captured a Medes starship to use its technology so he could eavesdrop anywhere and not be seen by anyone, even LOMAXX. (K9TV: Alien Avatar)

LOMAXX later sent Drake to Sector SE14 Delta to investigate a possible alien incursion concerning the dissapearance of the Great Oak. (K9TV: The Last Oak Tree)
