I've put this page in for a cleanup. Really, what it is in dire need of is separation and simplifying of what is history, and what is an ability. Doesn't Jack Harkness where this all the time. If so it has appeared in every Torchwood episode.

Cleanup
I've put this page in for a cleanup. Really, what it is in dire need of is separation and simplifying of what is history, and what is an ability.
