The slums or Lower New New York was an area built underneath Upper New New York. It is struck with poverty and it is very run down. There are Pharmasist's selling an ilegal Mood Drug. It caused the Deaths of millions when the Mood Drug Mutated into an airborn virus. The Slums led you to The Motorway that was sealed of by the New Earth Senate. Every one in the Slums survived bcause the Airborn virus because it only was only claming lifes in Upper New New York.
