The scavengers aren't just scavengers, they're a subset of angel culture; | The scavengers aren't just scavengers, they're a subset of angel culture; think hippy, goth, environmentalist, survivalist. Homeless. Projecting themselves into an image of themselves is a skill they never developed, weren't taught, lack talent for. As is touching without displacing, fabricating communication devices from human body parts, and preemptive freezing. Hey I'm just making this up as I go along. you have a point there [[User:Dusty.crockett|Dusty.crockett]] but the word "scavenger" could mean that they are simply too weak to do something like this. For example the Doctor said that that you "blink and you're dead" but when Larry was facing the angel and I'm sure that nothing else was watching it he ''turned his head away'' which is considerably more time not looking at the angel than just blinking and yet the angel wasn't fast enough to catch him. this implies that the angels are feeding enough to stay alive bu not enough to do something like Angel Bob because acording to River he was found in the "ruins of something" which implies a civilization which implies a large meal. Bob then went into hibernation/stasis or something which implies(again) that he was conserving that energy which(at last) implies that he has the power to do those things that he did.
