Rita-Anne Smith was Mickey Smith's Grandmother. In 2002 "our universe" she was killed because she was blind and she tripped up on some carpet that was loose.
In Pete's World she is still alive and well she has a grandson called Rickey Smith who is Mickey's alternate in Pete's World. She hits mickey in the face calling him silly because she thinks that he is Ricky (And Rickey ran of with the Preacher's). When The Cybus Cybermen started to summon the Humans for upgration she was on of the people who was summoned but she was not upgraded by the Cybermen As confirmed by Mickey.
