Joachim von Ribbentrop was the foreign minister of Nazi Germany under Adolf Hitler.
In 1939, von Ribbentrop met Ace at a party rally in Nuremburg and struck up a conversation with her. He later informed Hitler that Great Britain had declared war on Germany for their invasion of Poland. (NA: Timewyrm: Exodus)
