Nefred was one of the Deciders of Alzarius. After the death of the head Decider Draith. Nefred took his place. He recognised Login as a more respected member of society. He was troubled by what he had read in the System Files. Nefred allowed Dexeter to carry out cruel experients on a Marshchild, believing it was for the greater good..
