The Memory Weave was a device capable of extracting memories and turning them into physical objects. The Claw Shansheeth of the 15th Funeral Fleet tried to use a Memory Weave to create a TARDIS key through the memories of Sarah Jane Smith and Josephine Jones. The machine was overloaded when they remembered all their adventures with the Doctor, it self-destructed killing Tia Karim and the Shansheeth.
