The Victim was a male human living in Cardiff in the 21st century.He was walking towards his car when a mugger grabbed him and held a knife to his throat.Captain John Hart appeared,grabbed the mugger and threw him over the edge.Hart then threatened to throw him off as well but let him go after he promised to say that he was never there.
